To that end, on October 1, 2014, the U.S. healthcare market will adopt ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS, a system of 67,000 medical diagnoses codes thats five times larger than whats used today by providers. As a result the need among providers for essential coding and billing guidance is increasing dramatically.
